🤖 Gemini AI Key

Your Gemini AI key is stored securely on the server — never sent to any device. Staff use AI features automatically once a key is saved.

ℹ️ How it works
• Your key stays on the server — staff devices never see it.
• When a staff member submits a form with AI enabled, the app sends text to the server which calls Gemini and returns the result.
• Removing the key disables AI for all staff immediately.

🔀 AI Submission Review

When enabled, submitted forms are sent to Gemini for an automated quality check. The review runs in the background — it does not delay the submission.

Note: AI review checks whether answers are realistic and complete. It does not correct spelling or edit staff answers.

⚠️ Turning off AI review means submissions are accepted without automated quality checking. Admins can still manually review submissions.
